Client Services Associate (“CSA”)
 
Eichler Designs Kitchen & Bath is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate in our Menlo Park Showroom. Primary responsibilities include all aspects of sales and sales generation including building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
 
CSA’s have substantial product knowledge and assist clients by answering questions, consulting and providing the best products for the job, including timely and accurate presentation of available design services, products, and other services as necessary.  Our clients include (but are not limited to) architects, interior designers, kitchen and bath designers, contractors, real estate professionals, and homeowners. A CSA’s expertise and insight allow them to explain and demonstrate the best methods for completing the client's project.  
 
CSA’s report to the Showroom Manager and are also responsible for contributing to ensure that the showroom is maintained in an orderly fashion, keeping displays clean as well as reviewing the product literature and documentation is current and accurate.  Other projects and duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
 
Requirements
Successful candidates must have prior experience in the kitchen and bath industry and at least three to five years of experience in sales preferably in the interior design and/or retail area. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
•    Enthusiastic self-starter with high energy and a can-do attitude.
•    Excellent "relationship selling/client focused" sales abilities.
•    Solution oriented with exceptional follow through.
•    Quick to learn a multitude of product types, features, models, and prices.
•    Good basic math skills (including ability to take accurate measurements).
•    Strong Microsoft Office applications skills.
•    Detail and multi-task oriented, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a dynamic environment.  
•    Sales experience within interior sales, home decor, home furnishings/accessories, interior design, or related field. (Design School background may be considered in combination with practical experience.)
•    Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & evenings.
•    Prior experience in a high paced office/showroom is desired.
•    A team-player attitude and great client service skills are a must.
